Le vin est excellent, mais le fait qu'il soit livré à domicile par UPS ne l'est pas vraiment ! L'entreprise n'a que des phrases standard en interne, le problème n'est donc pas résolu par eux non plus.

Une expérience globalement agréable, mais... - la livraison est souvent reportée et les vins arrivent en retard - j'ai eu un problème avec un code promo que vous m'avez donné, je n'ai pas réussi à l'utiliser et vous ne m'en avez pas proposé d'autre après que je me sois plaint - lors de ma dernière commande, j'ai reçu un vin oxydé (voir la photo ci-jointe - le bouchon a succombé dans le vin) et je ne sais pas comment obtenir un remplacement (dans un magasin de vin normal, il suffit de retourner le vin bouchonné/oxydé et d'en recevoir un autre en remplacement) En dehors de cela, c'est une expérience agréable et je commanderai à nouveau car vous avez une très belle collection de vins.
