Je n'achèterai plus malheureusement à cause de la livraison par UPS qui ne respecte jamais la date et l'heure et qui donne une fausse excuse d'absence alors que j'étais là et que j'ai pris un jour de congé pour être là.

Les vignes ont été plantées sur un sol calcaire étonnamment similaire à celui de la Champagne, et le vignoble est réparti dans une position stratégique en amphithéâtre surplombant le village de Litton Cheney. Les raisins récoltés sur le domaine sont ensuite vinifiés par le vigneron Ian Edwards dans sa cave du Furleigh Estate.
Sa couleur est jaune citron avec des nuances pâles. Le perlage est persistant. Au nez, le vin révèle des arômes agréables de fruits à noyaux frais et de poire, de pommes et de fleurs blanches. En bouche, il est frais et minéral, juteux et vif. La finale longue et persistante rappelle des notes d'agrumes.
