Bien que les familles Laugner et Allimant soient vigneronnes depuis au moins les années 1500, le Domaine Allimant-Laugner n'a vu le jour qu'en 1965 suite au mariage de Mariette Allimant et René Laugner. Aujourd'hui, le domaine est entre les mains d'Hubert Laugner, vigneron de la 11e génération, qui prend bien soin des 12 hectares de vignobles de premier choix de la famille, plantés sur des coteaux le long du Rhin, en Alsace.
