Je n'achèterai plus malheureusement à cause de la livraison par UPS qui ne respecte jamais la date et l'heure et qui donne une fausse excuse d'absence alors que j'étais là et que j'ai pris un jour de congé pour être là.

Utilisant la méthode de vinification géorgienne traditionnelle du Qvevri (grands récipients en argile pour la fermentation et le vieillissement), Baia's Winery crée des vins exquis en mettant l'accent sur les cépages classiques de l'Iméritie tels que le Tsitska, le Tsolikauri et le Krakhuna.
Ce vin ambré peut être décrit comme un vin de miel, à la fois en apparence et en bouche. De doux parfums d'abricot, de kaki et d'écorce d'agrumes s'échappent du verre, avec un léger accent herbacé. La bouche est chargée de saveurs de fruits à noyau, complétées par des notes de miel, d'épices et une structure tannique considérable. Il est remarquablement corsé pour un cépage blanc et peut être conservé pendant plusieurs années. La finale est longue, sèche et profondément satisfaisante. Pour l'accorder, pensez à des plats copieux avec un soupçon de fruit. Ce vin s'accorde parfaitement avec une sauce au porc et aux pommes, ou tout autre plat à base de viande grillée.
