Le processus d'achat et le choix des produits sont bons mais le service de livraison avec UPS est misérable. Je n'achèterai plus malheureusement à cause de la livraison par UPS qui ne respecte jamais la date et l'heure et qui donne une fausse excuse d'absence alors que j'étais là et que j'ai pris un jour de congé pour être là.

    Bodegas Felix Callejo is a family-owned and operated winery. It was founded in 1989 by Felix and Pilar and is now run by the second generation of Callejo’s. They aim to represent their home, the village of Sotillo de la Ribera, through a range of organically produced wine.

    Sotillo de la Ribera is in the province of Burgos in northern Spain. It is a magnificent place to grow grapes, towering 930 metres above sea level and boasting a range of suitably arid soils. Bodegas Felix Callejo uses the environment to cultivate a variety of vines, including Merlot, Albillo Mayor, Garnacha, and the basis for this fine red blend, Tinto Fino - more commonly known as Tempranillo.

    Bursting with ripe fruit scents of redcurrant and blackberry, along with toasted oak and cocoa, the Parajes de Callejo is a Spanish medley. It is composed of 87% Tempranillo, with a healthy portion of Grenache and a splash of white Albillo Mayor. It shows a flavourful palate, with an excellent structure and notes of black fruit, supported by hints of spice, mineral and menthol. It will be an excellent partner for a charcuterie board, smokey red lentil dishes, or cured cheeses.

    Débordant d'arômes de fruits mûrs (groseille et mûre), de chêne grillé et de cacao, le Parajes de Callejo est un mélange espagnol. Il est composé à 87 % de Tempranillo, avec une bonne portion de Grenache et un soupçon d'Albillo Mayor blanc. Il présente une bouche savoureuse, avec une excellente structure et des notes de fruits noirs, soutenues par des nuances d'épices, de minéral et de menthol. Il accompagnera parfaitement une planche de charcuterie, des plats de lentilles rouges fumées ou des fromages affinés.
