Fondé par la famille Jessiaume en 1850, il est aujourd'hui entre les mains du Dr Jean-François Le Bigot, qui l'a fait entrer dans l'ère moderne de la viticulture biologique et de l'intervention minimale.
Les Cents Vignes est un vin 100% Pinot Noir, qui apparaît dans le verre avec une teinte écarlate vive. Des notes de mûre, de framboise, de terre humide et de poivre apparaissent au premier plan du nez. C'est un vin moyennement corsé, mais il contient une colonne vertébrale intense et concentrée de fruits purs qui lui confère un caractère formidable. Vous y trouverez un noyau de cerise rouge, de framboise, de lilas et de champignon, avec une finale subtilement minérale. Accompagnez ce vin d'un risotto épais aux champignons, de fromage à pâte molle ou d'une copieuse côte d'agneau.
