UPS was horrible. First they announced the expected delivery and then they kept my wife waiting entire day and in the end did NOT deliver without any notice (!). The next morning only they advised the changed expected delivery date (!) and this time it was successful. The whole day waisted, no chance to call the courier. Awful experience! Arrogant bastards.

UPS a été épouvantable. D’abord, ils ont annoncé la date de livraison prévue, puis ils ont fait attendre ma femme toute la journée et, au final, ils n’ont PAS livré le colis sans même prévenir (!). Ce n’est que le lendemain matin qu’ils nous ont informés du changement de date de livraison prévue (!) et, cette fois-ci, la livraison a bien eu lieu. Une journée entière perdue, impossible de joindre le livreur. Une expérience horrible ! Bande de connards arrogants.
