Escorihuela Gascon est célèbre en Argentine pour avoir été l'un des premiers producteurs à se lancer dans la production de malbecs à cépage unique dans les années 1940. Le domaine lui-même remonte à 1884 et comprend des vignobles de premier ordre dans les sous-régions d'Agrelo et d'Altamira à Mendoza. Les conditions y sont idéales pour la production de vins rouges de qualité supérieure, grâce à l'altitude élevée et aux brises rafraîchissantes provenant de la cordillère des Andes toute proche.
Exposez-vous à une teinte profonde et intense dans le verre, avec des arômes de mûres et de cerises noires, ainsi que des notes de vanille, de tabac et de chocolat. En bouche, le vin est corsé et complexe, avec des tanins fermes et bien structurés et une finale longue et satisfaisante. Il est parfait pour accompagner les viandes grillées, comme un steak argentin classique ou un agneau rôti, ainsi que les ragoûts et les plats mijotés. La nature audacieuse de ce vin en fait également un bon choix de cave pour quelques années supplémentaires si vous le souhaitez.
L'assemblage du président combine les cépages cabernet sauvignon, malbec et syrah, tous soigneusement sélectionnés dans les meilleurs vignobles de Tupungato et de la vallée de l'Uco. Le verre est d'une couleur profonde et intense, avec des arômes de mûre et de cerise noire, ainsi que des notes de vanille, de tabac et de chocolat. En bouche, le vin est corsé et complexe, avec des tanins fermes et bien structurés et une finale longue et satisfaisante.
