Le processus d'achat et le choix des produits sont bons mais le service de livraison avec UPS est misérable. Je n'achèterai plus malheureusement à cause de la livraison par UPS qui ne respecte jamais la date et l'heure et qui donne une fausse excuse d'absence alors que j'étais là et que j'ai pris un jour de congé pour être là.

    Fondée en 2016 par Alexandre Graffard, la cave Henri Champliau produit des vins effervescents au cœur de la Bourgogne, plus précisément à Mercurey, selon la méthode Charmat ou Champenoise. L'entreprise, qui porte le nom du grand-père du fondateur, grand amateur de courses hippiques et de vin, travaille en tant que négociant, sélectionnant personnellement les raisins pour la production de ses vins, afin de garantir la meilleure qualité.

    Le nom du vin est un hommage à la passion d'Henri Champliau pour les courses hippiques et aux victoires de Petrone à Paris Longchamp et aux Etats-Unis. Le vin est un assemblage de Chardonnay, Colombard et Ugni Blanc. Les raisins sont fermentés dans une cuve horizontale pour favoriser le contact avec les lies du raisin et l'extraction du potentiel aromatique maximal. Avant d'être mis sur le marché, le vin est élevé pendant 3 mois afin d'obtenir une parfaite intégration des bulles.

    Le Crémant de Bourgogne Petrone 68 Blanc de Blancs Brut présente une robe vive et limpide et des bulles fines et persistantes. Le nez révèle des arômes vibrants de fruits jaunes, notamment de pomme et de poire, et quelques notes d'agrumes. En bouche, il est frais, rond et doux avec une longue finale délicatement citronnée. Il est parfait en apéritif, également utilisé dans les cocktails, et se marie bien avec les entrées végétariennes.
