    Voici un Châteauneuf du Pape incomparable, dont le nom se traduit par « la plume du peintre ». Il peint à grands traits, avec des parfums de fruits rouges et noirs, de cacao et de café, et des détails de champignon et de cuir. Il est composé à 100 % de grenache, issu de vieilles vignes enracinées dans des sols calcaires caillouteux.

    Situé dans la région de Tavel, dans la moitié sud de la vallée du Rhône, le Domaine de la Mordorée a été fondé en 1986 par Francis Delorme et son fils Christophe. Aujourd'hui, Madeline et sa fille Ambre en sont les propriétaires et les exploitants. Elles adoptent une approche biodynamique et pratique de la vinification, afin d'exprimer l'un des terroirs les plus fins et les plus reconnaissables de France.

    La Plume du Peintre est d'un rouge rubis profond dans le verre, et couvre le palais de saveurs pures et concentrées de fruits rouges. Il est puissant et corsé, et dévoile de plus en plus de couches au fur et à mesure qu'il respire. Vous y trouverez des notes de cuir, de fumée et de truffe noire en arrière-plan, ainsi qu'une minéralité propre au calcaire. Il est parfait pour les grandes occasions et les dîners copieux, comme les ragoûts de viande rouge, le gibier rôti ou divers plateaux de fromage.
