For over 3 centuries, Dominique Piron's family has been producing wines of excellent quality in some of the most important crus of Beaujolais. The grapes, grown with respect for nature and biodiversity, are harvested by hand. The vinification respects the identity of each terroir, highlighting the elegant character and purity of these wines. Located in the north of Beaujolais, in the municipality of Villie Morgon, the Dominique Piron winery is acclaimed by the professional press for its constant quality and the great respect for the specificities of each terroir.

The Fleurie wine is produced from Gamay grapes from 50-year-old vines. The cru is located in the north of Beaujolais on pink granite soils producing more acid and light and delicate wines than other areas of Beaujolais.

The wine reveals an intense carmine red color. The nose develops floral and fruity aromas: iris, violet, dried rose, and red berries. On the palate, the fruit returns vehemently. The blackcurrant flavor is intense. The tannins are fine and supple. This light and fruity wine should be tasted slightly chilled and it goes perfectly with simple local dishes like duck rillette, with turkey sandwiches and grilled chicken.
