Le processus d'achat et le choix des produits sont bons mais le service de livraison avec UPS est misérable. Je n'achèterai plus malheureusement à cause de la livraison par UPS qui ne respecte jamais la date et l'heure et qui donne une fausse excuse d'absence alors que j'étais là et que j'ai pris un jour de congé pour être là.

    Vins espagnols

    L'Espagne est le deuxième plus grand producteur de vin au monde offrant une large gamme de vins allant des vins de plaisirs fruités aux vins fins qui peuvent se conserver pendant des décennies. Il y a environ 3 000 ans, les Phéniciens ont introduit la viticulture, les Romains ont par la suite étendu cette pratique à toute la péninsule ibérique. Aujourd'hui, il existe 138 régions viticoles espagnoles identifiables.

    Principales régions viticoles espagnoles

    L'Espagne est surtout connue pour ses vins rouges issus des régions rivales de la Rioja et de la Ribera del Duero. Cette nation viticole vaste et diversifiée compte également de nombreuses autres régions qui valent la peine d'être explorées. Parmi les meilleurs exemples, citons Priorat en Catalogne, Jumilla dans le sud et Toro, qui sont toutes connues pour leurs vins rouges puissants. Les régions de vins blancs espagnols les plus réputées sont Rueda et Rias Baixas en Galice. Le vin mousseux espagnol emblématique Cava est en grande partie produit dans la région de Penedes en Catalogne, tandis que la ville méridionale de Jerez de la Frontera est connue pour son Sherry fortifié.

    Variétés de raisins espagnols

    Le plus célèbre, et probablement le meilleur vin rouge espagnol, est le Tempranillo qui est planté dans tout le pays, y compris dans la Rioja et la Ribera del Duero. Parmi les autres variétés importantes de vin rouge, citons le Garnacha, le Carinena et le Monastrell. Les vins blancs sont généralement produits à partir de raisins locaux comme le Verdejo, l'Albarino et le Godello. Les vins espagnols se prêtent très bien à la cuisine, se mariant avec les charcuteries du pays, les fromages vieillis comme le Manchego et les fruits de mer frais de la côte espagnole.
