De beaux vins produits par de belles personnes. Nous aimerions que la Croatie soit également incluse dans la liste des livraisons gratuites à l'avenir, mais c'est une question d'UPS. Nous avons commandé plus de 120 bouteilles de 8 vins et notre expérience a été excellente jusqu'à présent !

Je cherchais désespérément un sauvignon blanc néo-zélandais essayé à l'étranger et je l'ai trouvé sur ce site. J'étais un peu sceptique mais j'ai dû changer d'avis : le site est facile à utiliser, la livraison est arrivée à Bergame en 3 jours et dès le départ le site avait activé une assurance gratuite pour la valeur des bouteilles. Excellent service et prix très compétitifs ! J'ai goûté le vin et il était aussi bon que dans mon souvenir ! Hautement recommandé

Grand choix, prix intéressants Le service clientèle n'est cependant pas flexible. J'ai visité Prague depuis la Pologne et je n'ai pas pu récupérer la caisse sur place. Je ne sais pas pourquoi. Il s'agit probablement d'une bureaucratie post-socialiste typique. J'ai dû commander l'expédition (et la payer bien sûr). Et le transporteur (UPS) était plus en retard que prévu. En fin de compte, ils ont roulé dans la ville pendant deux jours plutôt chauds. J'espère que le vin est encore bon. Les deux premières bouteilles sur 6 sont bonnes. Je suis donc un peu fâché mais néanmoins satisfait du vin.
