Le processus d'achat et le choix des produits sont bons mais le service de livraison avec UPS est misérable. Je n'achèterai plus malheureusement à cause de la livraison par UPS qui ne respecte jamais la date et l'heure et qui donne une fausse excuse d'absence alors que j'étais là et que j'ai pris un jour de congé pour être là.

    Bien que la viticulture en Nouvelle-Zélande n'ait pris son essor qu'au milieu du 20e siècle, le pays est aujourd'hui réputé pour ses Sauvignon Blanc et Pinot Noir de qualité supérieure, ce qui en fait les vins néo-zélandais les plus populaires en ligne. La Nouvelle-Zélande est largement caractérisée par des producteurs artisanaux de petite et moyenne taille, avec environ 90 % de la production de la nation destinée à l'exportation.

    Principales régions viticoles de Nouvelle-Zélande

    La Nouvelle-Zélande abrite les vignobles les plus méridionaux du monde dans le Central Otago, sur l'île du Sud, qui produisent un Pinot Noir de climat frais exceptionnel. Il existe une variation considérable de terroir à travers le pays, la région viticole la plus septentrionale du Northland bénéficiant d'étés chauds et humides. Les régions viticoles les plus connues du pays comprennent Marlborough, célèbre pour son Sauvignon Blanc, Hawke's Bay, et Gisborne qui est connu pour son Chardonnay aromatique.

    Variétés de raisin de Nouvelle-Zélande

    Le cépage le plus cultivé dans les vignobles néo-zélandais est le Sauvignon Blanc qui représente environ 70% de la production totale du pays. Les exemples classiques sont intenses et aromatiques avec des notes distinctives de groseille, de fruit de la passion et d'herbe fraîchement coupée. Vient ensuite le Pinot Noir, cultivé dans des régions plus fraîches et méridionales comme Marlborough, Central Otago et Canterbury. Il se marie particulièrement bien avec l'agneau rôti, un plat classique de la Nouvelle-Zélande. Parmi les autres variétés populaires, citons le Riesling et le Chardonnay pour les vins blancs et le Merlot et le Cabernet Sauvignon pour les assemblages rouges.
