This is a classic White Zin with a Mondavi twist. The first sip reveals a bright, light-hearted personality with plenty of ripe fruit flavours balanced by a crisp freshness that keeps you coming back for more. On the nose enchanting aromas of strawberry and watermelon harmonise with hints of white pepper and red cherries which carry through on to the palate. These luscious flavours make this an ideal wine to enjoy alongside a summer picnic or even to sip on its own by the pool.

Thanks to its versatile gastronomic profile, this White Zin makes a fine match for spicy Asian or Cajun dishes, pan-fried fish or light salads. Other excellent options include seafood, pizza or pasta dishes and most types of cheeses, in keeping with the relaxed philosophy behind the Woodbridge Winery.

Although best known for his world-class Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignons, Robert Mondavi founded the winery in 1979 not far from his childhood house in Lodi with the idea of crafting a series of wines that everyone could enjoy at any time. Inspiration came from his Italian parents who had brought with them a love of good wine at the table. Nearly forty years later, Robert’s legacy lives on through these charming wines that are a pleasure to drink and bring a welcome dose of la dolce vita to everyday life.
