Ce qui pourrait être amélioré, c'est la possibilité de choisir une date de livraison avant d'envoyer le colis. A part cela : excellent service lorsque le colis est arrivé alors que j'étais en vacances et que j'ai dû changer de lieu de livraison !

Bonsoir, malheureusement lors de ma commande une des bouteilles m'a été envoyée cassée... ce n'est sûrement pas la faute de 8wine mais celle du transporteur, cependant le fait que je n'ai toujours pas été remboursé pour les dommages causés et qu'ils n'ont pas répondu aux emails que je leur ai envoyé, je suis vraiment désolée !
