Je n'achèterai plus malheureusement à cause de la livraison par UPS qui ne respecte jamais la date et l'heure et qui donne une fausse excuse d'absence alors que j'étais là et que j'ai pris un jour de congé pour être là.

Dans cette région, principalement connue pour la production de Xinomavro, cette petite cave produit des vins de grande qualité qui sont une forte expression de ce cépage, grâce à des soins attentifs apportés aux vignobles et à des technologies de vinification modernes.
Ce vin rouge est élaboré à partir de raisins Xinomavro provenant d'un vignoble de 1,5 acre situé à une altitude de 200 mètres dans la zone de Ramnista de la région viticole de Naoussa. Ici, le sol sablo-limoneux garantit des conditions optimales pour le Xinomavro qui parvient à exprimer toute son aromaticité et à produire des vins avec une bonne structure et une acidité élevée. Après la vinification, le vin fini est vieilli pendant un an dans un mélange de chêne français neuf et usagé, puis pendant un an en bouteille.
Situé dans la région viticole de Naoussa, dans le nord de la Grèce, Ktima Foundi a été fondé en 1992 par Nicholas Foundis. Dans cette région, cette petite cave produit des vins de haute qualité qui sont une forte expression de ce cépage, grâce à des soins attentifs apportés aux vignobles et à des technologies de vinification modernes. Le Naoussa Ktima Foundi a une couleur rouge intense et brillante. Au nez, il révèle des arômes de fruits rouges mûrs, tels que la cerise et la groseille, suivis de notes d'épices et de bois. En bouche, il est dense et riche, avec une acidité vive et des tanins fermes mais mûrs. La finale est longue et légèrement épicée. Il est prêt à boire maintenant mais peut évoluer avec quelques années de cave.
