UPS a été épouvantable. D’abord, ils ont annoncé la date de livraison prévue, puis ils ont fait attendre ma femme toute la journée et, au final, ils n’ont PAS livré le colis sans même prévenir (!). Ce n’est que le lendemain matin qu’ils nous ont informés du changement de date de livraison prévue (!) et, cette fois-ci, la livraison a bien eu lieu. Une journée entière gâchée, impossible de joindre le livreur. Une expérience horrible ! Bande de salauds arrogants.
