Le processus d'achat et le choix des produits sont bons mais le service de livraison avec UPS est misérable. Je n'achèterai plus malheureusement à cause de la livraison par UPS qui ne respecte jamais la date et l'heure et qui donne une fausse excuse d'absence alors que j'étais là et que j'ai pris un jour de congé pour être là.

    La famille de l'œnologue Apostolos Thymiopoulo est active dans le secteur du vin depuis des générations. Mais, comme il est courant dans la région macédonienne, les raisins n'étaient pas vinifiés par les vignerons mais vendus. Lorsque Apostolos Thymiopoulo a repris l'entreprise en 2033, il a transformé la ferme en domaine, produisant ses propres vins. Les 23 hectares de la propriété sont cultivés uniquement avec un seul cépage rouge : le Xinomavro. De plus, depuis l'arrivée d'Apostolos, les raisins sont cultivés biologiquement et les interventions dans la cave sont minimales.

    L'Aftorizo est un vin monocépage produit à partir de vieux plants situés dans les montagnes de Fytia, dans la partie sud de Naoussa. Ici, le sol est une combinaison d'ardoise et de granit et fournit une épine dorsale minérale distinctive au vin.

    Le nez présente un large bouquet floral de rose et de violette, ainsi que des notes fruitées et minérales. En bouche, la qualité des tanins et la grande fraîcheur créent un vin élégant aux arômes et à l'arrière-goût infinis. Vous pouvez le déguster dès maintenant, mais il sera encore meilleur en vieillissant. Il se marie bien avec du bœuf braisé, mais aussi avec une salade de tomates ou de champignons, ou des champignons Portobello farcis.
