Le processus d'achat et le choix des produits sont bons mais le service de livraison avec UPS est misérable. Je n'achèterai plus malheureusement à cause de la livraison par UPS qui ne respecte jamais la date et l'heure et qui donne une fausse excuse d'absence alors que j'étais là et que j'ai pris un jour de congé pour être là.

    Ce magnifique Grand Cru Blanc de Blancs millésimé exprime la spécificité du terroir du village d'Avize dont il tire son nom. L'Avizoise est un vin monocru issu de vignes de plus de 50 ans situées dans les vignobles des Robarts et de la Voie d'Epernay, sur une colline au nord du village.

    Pour ajouter de la richesse et une complexité supplémentaire au champagne fini, le vin est vieilli en fûts de chêne avant de subir la seconde fermentation en bouteille sous bouchon. Le champagne passe ensuite un total de quatre ans à vieillir en bouteille avec les lies avant le dégorgement et sa mise en vente éventuelle.

    De minuscules courants de bulles persistants sont la première chose que vous remarquerez en versant un verre de ce champagne exquis, suivis par des arômes évocateurs d'agrumes, de croissants fraîchement cuits et de pêche mûre. En bouche, une très subtile touche sucrée vient équilibrer les riches saveurs de pain grillé et de pâtisserie. Le caractère opulent de ce Blanc de Blancs en fait un apéritif idéal pour une occasion spéciale ou un accord charmant avec des plats de fruits de mer élégants comme les huîtres, les coquilles Saint-Jacques ou les crevettes fraîches.
