Le processus d'achat et le choix des produits sont bons mais le service de livraison avec UPS est misérable. Je n'achèterai plus malheureusement à cause de la livraison par UPS qui ne respecte jamais la date et l'heure et qui donne une fausse excuse d'absence alors que j'étais là et que j'ai pris un jour de congé pour être là.

    Champagne

    Les vins mousseux les plus célèbres de France sont produits en Champagne, dans le nord du pays. Le climat frais qui y règne est idéal pour produire des vins mousseux croquants et élégants à partir des cépages locaux : Chardonnay, Pinot Noir et Pinot Meunier. Les champagnes Blanc de Noirs sont produits uniquement avec les raisins noirs Pinot Noir et Pinot Meunier, tandis que le Blanc de Blancs ne comporte que du Chardonnay.

    Comment le champagne est produit

    La production de champagne suit des règles strictes. Le raisin est récolté à la main et le vin mousseux est vieilli en bouteille pendant 15 mois.Les producteurs utilisent des méthodes traditionnelles qui consistent à faire fermenter le raisin afin d'obtenir un vin de base qui sera ensuite fermenter en bouteille. Cela permet de produire de minuscules bulles douces et un profil de saveur plus intense grâce au contact étroit avec la levure.

    Associations mets-champagne

    Le champagne est un partenaire polyvalent pour la nourriture et peut se marier avec tout, des huîtres aux sushis en passant par le poulet frit et même le pop-corn. Ce vin pétillant fonctionne particulièrement bien avec les aliments crémeux ou riches comme les fromages et les sauces lourdes puisque la fraîcheur et l'acidité fonctionnent comme un nettoyeur de palais. D'autres accords classiques incluent les truffes et les plats de champignons grâce au caractère levuré du champagne.
