Le processus d'achat et le choix des produits sont bons mais le service de livraison avec UPS est misérable. Je n'achèterai plus malheureusement à cause de la livraison par UPS qui ne respecte jamais la date et l'heure et qui donne une fausse excuse d'absence alors que j'étais là et que j'ai pris un jour de congé pour être là.

    La famille Kozlovic produit du vin sur son domaine éponyme depuis 1904 et aujourd'hui la propriété est entre les mains compétentes de Gianfranco et Antonella Kozlovic. Le talentueux couple s'est fait un nom pour sa boutique vinicole grâce à sa passion pour les raisins croates indigènes qu'il travaille habilement pour en faire des vins authentiques et délicieux.

    Le Moskat Momjanski du couple est un vin de dessert monocépage qui affiche la véritable décadence et l'opulence du raisin muscat lorsqu'il est entre les mains de vignerons exceptionnellement talentueux. Ce type particulier de muscat est unique à la région de Momjan, dans le nord-ouest de l'Istrie, où se trouve le domaine Kozlovic. Le nez est succulent et intense, avec des notes de litchi, de chèvrefeuille, de zeste de citron, de noix grillées et de fruits à noyau mûrs. Prenez une gorgée et vous découvrirez une riche douceur et des saveurs persistantes de mangue, de miel et d'agrumes qui sont équilibrées par une fraîcheur éclatante.

    Le profil de saveur intense de ce vin de dessert généreux se marie parfaitement avec les fromages bleus grâce à l'agréable contraste entre la douceur et le salé du fromage. Parmi les autres grands partenaires, citons les noix grillées, le foie gras ou les desserts à base de fruits comme la pavlova garnie de baies sauvages, une tarte au citron vibrante ou des gâteaux au fromage.
