Le processus d'achat et le choix des produits sont bons mais le service de livraison avec UPS est misérable. Je n'achèterai plus malheureusement à cause de la livraison par UPS qui ne respecte jamais la date et l'heure et qui donne une fausse excuse d'absence alors que j'étais là et que j'ai pris un jour de congé pour être là.

    La Ricolma est considérée comme le vin compagnon du Percarlo, le vin emblématique du San Giusto a Rentennano. Alors que Percarlo est à base de Sangiovese, La Ricolma est 100% Merlot qui est récolté dans les meilleurs vignobles. La vinification suit les mêmes normes que le Percarlo, mais les quantités produites sont encore plus petites. C'est pourquoi certains pensent que La Ricolma est en fait leur vin emblématique.

    Au nez, attendez-vous à des notes de fruits noirs avec une pointe de chêne épicé. À la dégustation, la mûre et la cerise noire démarrent en force, suivies de merveilleuses épices de clou de girofle et de vanille. Le vin est élevé en fûts de chêne français pendant 20 à 22 mois, ce qui produit des tanins fermes mais pas trop agressifs. Ils s'adoucissent en fin de bouche, se mêlant agréablement aux épices de clou de girofle et donnant une sensation de velours luxuriant.

    Pour accompagner ce vin, pensez aux viandes plus giboyeuses comme l'agneau et le chevreuil. Le classique ragoût de chevreuil et de bœuf à l'italienne de grand-mère serait parfait.

    San Giusto
    San Giusto a Rentennano est certifié biologique et continue de récolter la majorité de ses raisins à la main. Elle produit également un Chianti Classico, un Chianti Classico Riserva et un Vin Santo, qui sont considérés avec beaucoup d'estime.

    Le nombre de caisses fabriquées est très limité.
