With a green yellow color of newly dried straw, the freshness of this wine is immediately evident. On the nose, detect the pleasant scents of dried cherry blossom and fresh jasmine flowers. The floral bouquet is complimented by that of tropical fruit and fine mineral tones. A lovely, full bodied white wine with a soft viscosity like honeyed water, and a pleasant crisp finish. Flavors of apple and pear, bright citrus and salt air come together in this beautiful Malvasia.

With nice bright fruit and minerality, this wine is an obvious pairing with grilled fish and light seafood dishes. However, because of its full body, it is also quite enjoyable beside roast chicken and grilled pork.
