Un anniversaire inoubliable avec DAOU & Colomé La célébration de l'anniversaire de ma mère a été rendue encore plus spéciale grâce à deux vins incroyables - DAOU Cabernet Sauvignon 2021 et Colomé Auténtico Malbec 2020. La star de la soirée était sans aucun doute le DAOU Cabernet Sauvignon. Dès la première gorgée, il nous a enveloppés de son étreinte riche et veloutée. Les profondes saveurs de fruits noirs, les notes de cacao et le chêne parfaitement équilibré ont fait de chaque verre un véritable plaisir. C'était un vin à la fois audacieux et élégant, qui a apporté sans effort chaleur et joie à notre réunion. Voir ma mère savourer chaque gorgée avec le sourire n'en a été que plus mémorable. Le Colomé Auténtico Malbec s'est lui aussi révélé magnifique, avec sa pure expression de Malbec de haute altitude. Il était puissant, avec des mûres mûres, des épices et une finale douce et persistante - un excellent complément à la soirée. Ces vins n'ont pas seulement rehaussé notre repas ; ils ont fait partie de la fête, rehaussant chaque toast et chaque conversation. Nous remercions chaleureusement DAOU et Colomé d'avoir fait de cette occasion spéciale un moment inoubliable !

    A Birthday to Remember with DAOU & Colomé Celebrating my mother’s birthday was made even more special thanks to two incredible wines—DAOU Cabernet Sauvignon 2021 and Colomé Auténtico Malbec 2020. The star of the evening was undoubtedly the DAOU Cabernet Sauvignon. From the first sip, it enveloped us in its rich, velvety embrace. The deep dark fruit flavors, hints of cocoa, and perfectly balanced oak made every glass feel like a true indulgence. It was bold yet elegant, a wine that effortlessly brought warmth and joy to our gathering. Seeing my mother savor each sip with a smile made it all the more memorable. The Colomé Auténtico Malbec also delivered beautifully, with its pure expression of high-altitude Malbec. It was powerful, with ripe blackberries, spice, and a smooth, lingering finish—an excellent complement to the evening. These wines didn’t just enhance our meal; they became part of the celebration, elevating every toast and conversation. A heartfelt thank you to DAOU and Colomé for making this special occasion truly unforgettable!

    Située dans la région viticole de Chablis, la cave de Patrick Piuze produit des vins d'excellente qualité qui sont une expression authentique de l'identité de la région. Arrivé du Québec dans les années 2000, après diverses expériences pour de très prestigieuses maisons bourguignonnes, Patrick Piuze a créé son entreprise en 2008. Bien qu'il ne possède pas de vignobles, Patrick a la possibilité de sélectionner et d'acheter des raisins de grande qualité provenant de vieilles vignes situées dans certains des crus les plus importants de la région.

    Les raisins de chardonnay de cet élégant chablis proviennent de vignes plantées en 1974 dans une parcelle située sur la rive gauche du Serein. Ici, les conditions d'exposition garantissent la production d'un vin frais et dynamique. La fermentation et l'élevage ont lieu pour moitié en barriques et pour moitié en cuves usagées.

    Le Chablis Terroir de la Chapelle présente une robe brillante aux tons jaune paille et aux reflets dorés. Son profil aromatique est vif et large avec des notes fraîches de citron et de lime, de pomme et de poire, et quelques notes iodées. En bouche, il a un corps moyen et une acidité vive. Il est rafraîchissant et énergique, fruité et d'une bonne persistance, avec une note légèrement saline. Il constitue un excellent apéritif et accompagne à merveille les fruits de mer.
