Le processus d'achat et le choix des produits sont bons mais le service de livraison avec UPS est misérable. Je n'achèterai plus malheureusement à cause de la livraison par UPS qui ne respecte jamais la date et l'heure et qui donne une fausse excuse d'absence alors que j'étais là et que j'ai pris un jour de congé pour être là.

    Fondée en 1898 par Pietro Sartori, Sartori di Verona est une prestigieuse entreprise basée à Negrar, qui produit de grands vins de Valpolicella. Après 120 ans, la cave est aujourd'hui dirigée par Luca et Andrea Sartori, les arrière-petits-fils de Pietro.

    Le Valpolicella Ripasso Superiore Regolo est un assemblage de raisins Corvina Veronese, Corvinone et Rondinella avec un petit ajout de Croatina, provenant de vignobles sélectionnés dans la région du Valpolicella Classico. Après les vendanges, une courte macération sur les peaux et une fermentation en acier, le vin est passé sur le marc d'Amarone, selon la technique traditionnelle du Ripasso, un processus qui donne au vin sa structure et son ossature tannique. Le vin fini est ensuite élevé dans des fûts de taille moyenne et grande pendant une période de 18 à 24 mois.

    Le vin présente une couleur rouge vif avec des nuances grenat. Son profil aromatique est intense et complexe avec des arômes de fruits rouges mûrs (notamment de cerise) et de baies, suivis de notes d'épices douces et de quelques nuances de cacao. En bouche, il présente une bonne structure. Il est dense et concentré, velouté et expressif. Les tanins sont mûrs et soyeux. La finale est longue et agréablement épicée. Essayez-le avec des viandes grillées et des ragoûts de gibier copieux.
