Le processus d'achat et le choix des produits sont bons mais le service de livraison avec UPS est misérable. Je n'achèterai plus malheureusement à cause de la livraison par UPS qui ne respecte jamais la date et l'heure et qui donne une fausse excuse d'absence alors que j'étais là et que j'ai pris un jour de congé pour être là.

    La famille Usseglio produit du vin dans la région viticole du sud de la vallée du Rhône depuis 1948. Francis Usseglio a été le premier à créer l'entreprise après avoir émigré d'Italie. Son fils Raymond a agrandi la superficie des terres, et enfin, aujourd'hui, c'est Stéphane qui s'occupe de l'entreprise. Le vignoble s'étend sur 24 hectares et est cultivé en agriculture biologique.

    Le Châteauneuf Du Pape Fragments est un assemblage à majorité de grenache, avec des ajouts de syrah, de mourvèdre, de counoise et de clairette, provenant de différentes parcelles, de sorte que les divers terroirs créent un ensemble équilibré et complexe. La vinification s'effectue pour moitié dans des œufs en ciment et pour moitié dans des amphores en terre cuite, afin de garantir l'expression maximale du fruité du vin.

    Le résultat est un vin vif et parfumé aux arômes intenses de fruits rouges (notamment de mûre et de myrtille), d'herbes méditerranéennes telles que le thym, la marjolaine et la lavande, et de quelques notes de réglisse. En bouche, il se révèle profond et dynamique, avec une intensité fruitée agréable et un corps plein. Les tanins sont bien intégrés et la finale est longue, fraîche et persistante. Il accompagnera à merveille un agneau rôti à la grecque.
