Le processus d'achat et le choix des produits sont bons mais le service de livraison avec UPS est misérable. Je n'achèterai plus malheureusement à cause de la livraison par UPS qui ne respecte jamais la date et l'heure et qui donne une fausse excuse d'absence alors que j'étais là et que j'ai pris un jour de congé pour être là.

    Situé à San Rafael, Bodegas Bianchi est un établissement vinicole argentin fondé en 1928. Enzo Bianchi, fils du fondateur Don Valentín Bianchi, a agrandi la cave au cours du 20ème siècle et aujourd'hui l'entreprise couvre environ 400 hectares de vignobles où sont cultivés 15 cépages différents. Bodegas Bianchi produit un certain nombre de gammes de vins de styles différents, dont le Bianchi particulier, le Bianchi Famiglia et le Bianchi Gran Famiglia, et il est particulièrement connu pour sa série de vins "Enzo Bianchi Gran".

    Les raisins Cabernet Sauvignon (avec de petits ajouts de Malbec) proviennent de la région de San Rafael et sont récoltés à la main. 70% du vin fini est vieilli en chêne français pendant 12 mois.

    Le Bianchi's Particular Cabernet Sauvignon a une couleur rouge violacée avec des tons profonds et intenses. Au nez, il est élégant et vif avec des arômes de violette, de cassis, de myrtille, de framboise et de mûre, suivis de notes typiques de ce cépage comme le poivre vert. En bouche, le vin est plein et volumineux, charnu et bien équilibré. Les tanins sont puissants mais mûrs et l'acidité est vive et harmonieuse. À déguster avec un rôti de bœuf ou une tourte au gibier.
