Le processus d'achat et le choix des produits sont bons mais le service de livraison avec UPS est misérable. Je n'achèterai plus malheureusement à cause de la livraison par UPS qui ne respecte jamais la date et l'heure et qui donne une fausse excuse d'absence alors que j'étais là et que j'ai pris un jour de congé pour être là.

    Fondée par Avraham Teperberg dans la vieille ville de Jérusalem en 1870, la cave Teperberg (initialement appelée Efrat) est située à Tzora, près de Beit Shemesh, et est aujourd'hui considérée comme l'une des caves casher les plus importantes et les plus renommées d'Israël. L'entreprise, qui possède 350 hectares de vignobles, est aujourd'hui dirigée par Moti Teperberg, la cinquième génération de la famille. Les opérations de vinification sont gérées par le célèbre vigneron Shlomo Rauchberger, assisté d'Olivier Fratty.

    Les raisins de cabernet sauvignon sont sélectionnés et récoltés dans deux vignobles de qualité exceptionnelle situés respectivement en Haute Galilée et dans les collines d'Ephraïm. Les deux vignobles contribuent clairement aux caractéristiques du vin qui est corsé et bien équilibré. Après fermentation, le vin est vieilli pendant 18 mois en fûts de chêne.

    Teperberg Essence Cabernet Sauvignon est un vin intense et concentré, à la robe sombre et profonde et au profil aromatique mûr et fruité. Le nez révèle des arômes de prunes et de baies (notamment de myrtilles et de framboises), suivis de notes de terre et de café. En bouche, il est riche, concentré et corsé, équilibré et onctueux. La finale est longue et rappelle de douces notes fruitées. Gardez-le en cave pendant quelques années ou dégustez-le dès maintenant, accompagné d'un bœuf braisé.
