Le processus d'achat et le choix des produits sont bons mais le service de livraison avec UPS est misérable. Je n'achèterai plus malheureusement à cause de la livraison par UPS qui ne respecte jamais la date et l'heure et qui donne une fausse excuse d'absence alors que j'étais là et que j'ai pris un jour de congé pour être là.

    La cave Caparsa est située à Radda in Chianti, dans l'une des plus belles zones viticoles de la province de Sienne et de la région Toscane, et a été achetée en 1965 par Reginaldo Cianferoni, professeur d'économie et de politique agricole. Paolo Cianferoni, avec sa compagne Gianna et leurs cinq enfants, gère aujourd'hui l'entreprise, qui est certifiée biologique et produit des vins blancs, rouges, rosés et doux à partir de raisins indigènes, ainsi que de l'huile d'olive vierge extra, et possède également une petite structure d'hébergement.

    Le Caparsino Riserva est l'un des vins les plus importants produits par l'entreprise Caparsa, élaboré à partir de raisins Sangiovese et vieilli en grands fûts pendant deux ans.

    Le vin a un profil aromatique propre et frais avec des arômes fruités doux, mélangés à des herbes aromatiques et des fleurs. En bouche, il présente toute la douceur des fruits mûrs grâce à une récolte effectuée au bon moment, lorsque les raisins sont pleinement mûrs. Cependant, le vin se distingue encore par son acidité marquée et ses tanins doux. C'est un vin juteux et captivant, qui laisse en bouche une dernière sensation de fraîcheur et de saveur balsamique. Essayez-le avec du bœuf grillé ou de l'agneau rôti aux herbes aromatiques.
